Dr. E. MacKay Tingey received his Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University. He also graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in German with a minor in Philosophy. He graduated from the University of Washington with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He received his post-doctoral training and residency at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas where he obtained a Master of Science degree in Oral Biology and a certificate in orthodontics.
Dr. Tingey's philosophy is “Do the right thing, at the right time, for the right reasons to get the best results. Treat others, as you would want to be treated.”
He enjoys interacting with patients and developing a relationship with their families, as they work together to create beautiful smiles and enhance patients’ self-image.
Dr. Tingey enjoys mountain biking, fly-fishing, gardening, volleyball, and coaching. He is very involved with Church and Boy Scouts. Dr. Tingey and his wife have been married for 17 years and they have 3 children who attend the Issaquah schools.
