Meet the Team

Michelle has been part of the Tingey Team for over 21 years. As our Office Manager and resident decor mastermind, she wears many hats—and wears them all beautifully. From creating our unforgettable themed decorations and fun monthly contests to overseeing marketing and making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly, Michelle keeps our practice feeling vibrant, welcoming, and organized. She’ll likely be the first person to greet you with her contagious laugh and make you feel right at home. Whether she’s planning the next celebration or making sure your visit goes off without a hitch, Michelle’s dedication and energy help create the experience our patients love.

Fun fact: She has a knack for turning any space into something magical—and any day into something to smile about.

Joell has been part of the Tingey Team since 2016–first as a patient and now as the friendly face who helps make sense of all things insurance and finances. As our Financial Coordinator, she’s the go-to expert for explaining benefits, navigating claims, and making sure you get the most out of your coverage. Known affectionately as our very own Edna Mode, Joell may be petite, but she’s a powerhouse when it comes to fighting to get the coverage you deserve.

Fun Fact: Joell can quote almost every line from The Incredibles–and has an impressive collection of fuzzy socks.

Sydne is our Patient Care Coordinator and Social Media Manager, working behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly—from coordinating care with other doctors to managing patient communication to keeping our Instagram full of smiles (and the occasional dad joke). She brings creativity, care, and a whole lot of heart to everything she does, even if you don’t always see her in the office.

Fun Fact: Sydne can fold a fitted sheet better than most people can fold a burrito. It’s a weird flex, but a useful one.

Ryleigh is the Scheduling Coordinator at Tingey Orthodontics and one of the first smiling faces you’ll see when you walk through our doors. Whether she’s helping you find the perfect appointment time, answering questions, or making sure your visit runs smoothly, Ryleigh keeps the front office running with warmth and efficiency. Patients love her friendly personality and how she makes every visit feel easy and stress-free.

Fun Fact: Ryleigh can’t start her day without iced coffee–even in the middle of winter!

Lisa has been part of Tingey Orthodontics since 2017 and leads our clinical team with skill, patience, and the kind of gentle care patients trust. As smart as she is caring, Lisa is known for her amazing giggle and her talent for pulling off the best pranks—usually when you least expect it. As a dedicated mom and a friendly face to everyone who visits, she helps make our office feel like a second home.

Fun fact: Lisa is always planning her next scare—and she’s never been caught off guard herself (yet).

Nicole is one of our talented Orthodontic Technicians and brings a bright energy to Tingey Orthodontics every single day. She’s known for her goofy sense of humor, love for making people laugh, and turning appointments into something patients look forward to. Whether she’s assisting with braces or cheering someone on through their Invisalign journey, Nicole is all about making ortho fun and friendly—especially for our younger patients.

Fun fact: Nicole has a knack for breaking out into dance at just the right moment (usually when no one expects it)!

Kelly is one of our orthodontic assistants and is known for her upbeat energy and attention to detail. She works closely with our doctors to support treatments, guide patients through their appointments, and keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes. Kelly’s friendly personality and steady hands help patients feel relaxed and well cared for from start to finish.

Fun Fact: Kelly loves go-karting and has a serious appreciation for good Asian food—fuel for both speed and smiles.

Erika is one of our orthodontic assistants and helps make each visit smooth, comfortable, and efficient. She previously worked with our team for 6.5 years before moving to Texas in 2020, and we’re thrilled to have her back with us. From assisting with adjustments to supporting patients throughout their treatment, Erika brings a calm, caring presence and a familiar face to the clinical side of our office. She loves connecting with patients and always brings a positive attitude—especially on sunny days, which happen to be her favorite.

Fun Fact: Erika loves tacos in all forms and firmly believes they taste even better when eaten in the sunshine.
