Everything you need to know to get the most from your treatment
Tips & RemindersAligners must be worn at least 22 hours every day. Skipping time means your teeth won't progress as planned and your treatment could take longer.
How to Properly Seat Your Aligners

01.
Press aligners firmly onto teeth with your fingertips. Never bite them – this can crack the tray.

02.
Gently bite up and down on your chewi, moving side to side to seat each tooth evenly.

03.
Make sure no gaps remain. Reseat every time – especially at bedtime so they work while you sleep.
SNUG FIT: Aligner sits flush against every tooth with NO gaps or lifted edges
POOR FIT: Gaps mean the aligner isn’t working. Reseat before leaving it in.

Cleaning & Hygiene
- Brush Daily - Use a soft toothbrush and cool or lukewarm water — never hot.
- Remove Before Eating - Always take out aligners before food/drink.
- Never use hot water, bleach, or the dishwasher to clean aligners. Heat warps aligners permanently.
